Sculpt and Speed

Shallow water workout using barbells to strengthen and tone. Intense aerobic activity with low or high impact

M-F 8:00-8:45
Twinges in the Hinges

A water exercise class that encourages social interaction, improves muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, manages pain, and relieves symptoms of arthritis.

M-F 9:00-9:45
Deep Water Strength and Conditioning

Challenging aerobic deep water class focusing on full body muscular strengthening, endurance, conditioning, and balance. Float belts are supplied, but are not required. Fins and hand paddles are encouraged.

M-F 10:00-10:45

Kickboxing

High or low intensity workout based on your cardio needs. Kicking, punching, and intensive core work for all fitness levels. Start your weekend with a powerful workout that will strengthen your mind and body.
